I was very excited to apply Sheena’s wedding makeup during the Sunday
of the Memorial Day Weekend in Maine.
It was my first wedding in Maine, and in this particular venue.
In spite of the fact that the event took
place in the woods, the venue was unique in its elegance. The lodge that we used as a prep room looked
very cozy and had modern amenities with a touch of romantic style, which I
thought was very cool.
Since Sheena was
very pleasant and easygoing on the day of her trial, I knew working with her on
the day of the wedding was going to be fun. This also helped make the preparation process so smooth. For Sheena's makeup, we
chose a soft natural style, which was very appropriate for the relaxed yet
elegant occasion.
